New Bodycam Footage Shows Trump Shooter Jumping Between Rooftops

Seen pulling weapon out of a bag

Yet more police bodycam footage has been released from July 13, this time showing wannabe Trump assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks jumping between the rooftops in full view of the local cops.

Here is the footage, with the relevant portion zoomed in:

It appears that Crooks is getting the weapon out of a bag in the video after he jumps from rooftop to another.

He then runs across the roof into position.

This dovetails with previously released footage showing Crooks running across the roof from the perspective behind where Trump was speaking.

While there is no audio on the footage, it seems that this officer spotted Crooks and called it in, leading to police surrounding the building, and another officer climbing up on the roof to investigate.

That officer quickly dropped down and retreated after Crooks turned and pointed the gun at him.

As we previously noted, the police and the Secret Service were not operating radios on the same frequency, and cops on the bodycam footage released a few days ago were heard angrily saying they told the Secret Service to post people on the buildings days before.

      1. per Jessie Watters:

“The shooting range was crawling with feds. Multiple local and federal law law enforcement agencies trained at this facility, including the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees Secret Service. Crooks was training under federal law enforcement’s nose. We’re now seeing just how close they got to each other. Just two months before trying to kill Trump, Crooks was at the range within 24 hours of a Homeland Security Office training session,” Jesse Watters said.
