A source close to the Biden family has claimed that Joe Biden quickly endorsed Kamala Harris in a rogue move as a ‘fuck you’ to Barack Obama who, it is claimed, orchestrated the so called coup against Biden.
The New York Post reports that according to the source, Obama wanted to let delegates at next month’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago decide on a new candidate in a more open process.
But the source notes that “It was Joe’s big f*** you,” adding “Joe said, ‘If I’m out, then I am endorsing her.’”
Another Democrat Party source adds that “Joe (was) truly knifing Obama and Pelosi in the back for making him stand down.”
This certainly dovetails with Obama’s initial hesitation in endorsing Harris, with sources further claiming that he wanted a different candidate, namely Arizona Senator Mark Kelly to step up and become the nominee.
What transpired instead was a complete cringe staged endorsement of Harris that looked like it belonged in an episode of the Kardashians.
Biden has also vowed to campaign with Harris.
It certainly appears that there is a huge divide in the Democratic Party between the Harris and Biden loyalists and the top brass who realise they can’t beat Trump with inferior candidates.
