A now viral video shows two criminals pull up behind a FedEx truck and race to steal a parcel just seconds after the driver drops it on someone’s doorstep.
ABC7 News reports that the incident took place last week in Sinking Spring, Berks County – about an hour northwest of Philadelphia.
The driver is seen on the doorbell cam dropping the parcel, which reportedly contained cell phones, and walking away, clearly choosing not to get involved in the scum scrum.
The two were seen lashing out at each other to get the package, with one of them picking up a flower pot to use as a weapon.
The homeowners were inside at the time, and later posted the clip on social media, commenting “My family’s life was at risk and that’s scary.”
“How did they find out these phones were being delivered? Something fishy is going on here,” the resident further noted.
Chief Chris Stouch with the Lower Heidelberg Township Police Department remarked “To have these two scumbags come into our community and get into a potentially deadly altercation over stealing a package is unbelievable.”
I really look forward to catching and apprehending these guys because I want to make an example of them,” he further urged.

FedEx issued a statement claiming “In recent years we’ve introduced innovative visibility technologies to give our customers added peace of mind when it comes to the reliable delivery of their packages. These tools have proven very helpful in combating porch piracy and improving the overall customer experience.”

Within seconds? And the way they were fighting over it they clearly knew it was a high value item? Sounds like an inside job. Likely illegals getting help from their Spanish friends working at FedEx knowing what is being delivered where and when.
