The Biden Border Patrol released an illegal immigrant who was on the terror watchlist into the country not once but twice in the past two years.
NBC News reports that the individual, an Afghan National, was apprehended at the Southern border in 2023 and subsequently released because the Border Patrol did not have access to the biometric information that connected him with the terrorist watchlist that he was listed on.
The suspect, Mohammad Kharwin, was then arrested AGAIN in 2024 and once again released, having been given an asylum hearing scheduled for 2025.
The report notes that Kharwin was released the second time because ICE prosecutors withheld classified evidence of his possible ties to terrorism, only informing the presiding immigration judge that he was a flight risk.
Only after NBC reported in April that Kharwin is allegedly a member of the terrorist group Hezb-e-Islami, was he arrested again in San Antonio.
Prior to this case, the Department of Homeland Security was not allowing immigration judges and officers access to the classified information on the terrorist watchlist.
This begs the question, how many terrorists walked into the country and are now roaming around freely?
As of mid-May, 81 suspects on the terrorist watchlist have been apprehended attempting to cross the border illegally just this fiscal year.
Encounters with individuals on the terror watchlist are up 7000 percent under Biden.
As we recently highlighted, Donald Trump has warned that unknown numbers of terrorists have illegally crossed the border and are plotting attacks “from within.”
Elon Musk also previously warned that an attack worse than 9/11 could be imminent, given the amount of people who have illegally entered the country under Biden, including thousands of so called ‘gotaways’.
Even the illegals themselves have expressed shock and warned how easy it is to walk across the border into the US.

Same thing happening in the UK (admittedly not on the same massive scale as the US). We’re letting, some would say encouraging, illegal and undocumented immigrants into this country, then allowing them to roam the country. What could possibly go wrong?
