None of the top 10 are all that attractive. They all look like average women. Nothing special about them in the looks dept. That has been the norm for some time now as the judges focus more on what they do, their talents, and their minds rather than their looks. All in an attempt to move away from the meat market atmosphere of past pageants. Judging by this selection, they have succeeded admirably. Now, instead of a beauty pageant, it’s just another freak show. And not even pretty freaks. I’m only wondering when a contestant is going to bite the head off a chicken. The Miss Universe is even worse since it is now owned by a trans-“woman” who, of course, is allowing other faux women like him to compete.
All in all I think these pageants are pretty much dead anyway. Trendy moves like this just add another nail to the coffin. OTOH, people have been saying that for decades now and they are still around so wadda I know?
