Why Are There 30 Cuts In This 2 Minute Biden Speech?

He can’t talk for more than 5 seconds

A pre-recorded video shared Tuesday to the official “POTUS” account on X has a whopping THIRTY cuts, prompting yet more questions about Biden’s mental acuity.

The video shows Biden making a short speech about NATO, and remarkably he doesn’t slur a single word or struggle to read his script as he does in every other situation.

Of course, it’s a pre-recorded video so they’re not going to leave in mistakes.

However, it is the sheer amount of cuts that has people asking the question, is he capable of completing more than one sentence at a time?

It doesn’t seem that way.

Here’s what Biden normally sounds like:

Here’s what he sounded like yesterday:

Some people counted 29 cuts in the latest video, others counted over 30.

It’s a lot.

If you do the math(s) it works out at Biden being coherent for 5 seconds at a time.

Also, Biden’s handlers cannot spell:

  1. Ignorance is Strenght
    War is Peace

In 1991, the USSR spent itself into the ground on its military, and collapsed due to massive corruption and disregard for fairness in law.

That’s when America took over, sending a team to puppet-manage Yeltsin in the Shock Treatment, and strip-mine Russia for the banksters. Ukraine too.

Ukraine became famous as the most corrupt nation in Europe. Men had to sell themselves as mafia footsoldiers to survive. Women had to sell what they could. It was a time of darkness.

In Russia, 6 million people starved to death under US management. And assets got sold to the highest bidder. Life was good for Washington.

The Russia project hit a road bump in 2000, but fortunately the US maintained control of Ukraine, placing State dept. folks as the wife of the president and the minister of finance.

But Ukraine is not NATO. So invoking Article 5 seems to be a confusion.

And America is happy to use other nations like a kleenex, then throw them away afterwards. Look at Afghanistan; Libya; South Vietnam; Germany. America needs to look after its own interests.

So it’s time to declare victory and come home. Honest military men knew that Ukraine could not defeat a superpower after Ukraine lost basically all its air force and navy in the first week; yet it was told to ignore the peace treaty initialed with Russia in Turkey, and keep on fighting to the last Ukrainian.

It’s done so. After over 400,000 dead Ukrainian soldiers, and over 800,000 wounded, over $100,000,000,000 spent on the Ukraine project instead of America, it’s time to come home. Know when to fold your hand. Know when to walk away.

Ukraine is a sunk cost. More money will not change the outcome–it will mean more Ukrainians, and eventually Americans, killed for nothing. Russia will fight until its borders are secure. We did no less in the Cuban Missile Crisis. Respect the opponent. You don’t want to go toe-to-toe with a superpower who’s perfected hypersonic missiles, it’s just not useful. Spending more money will simply be more of a waste, when Americans are suffering in need. Acknowledging Russia’s security needs and making a secure border with Russia is the fastest path to peace, and saving Ukrainian lives.

  2. –“One of America’s greatest strenghts [sic] is our alliances.”–
Got that backwards, Joey. Other countries alliance with the USA (and our advanced tech + our nuclear umbrella) is THEIR greatest strength. Don’t think so? We have bases all over the world (probably too many). Yet, None of them have bases here.

Other than England and South Korea, I sometimes wonder how many of our allies would send military forces if we were attacked?

  3. They should just send Susan Rice out to put her hand up Joe’s butt and just move his lips for him. It is metaphorically the same as it is working now.
