Lets say your right, they would not use them anyway because they want all land and they would hardly destroy that and themselves. In saying that, some immediate death scenario because it would be better than what they got planned.
If nukes existed like they say they do, i would think they would just camp out for a decade in some underground bunker thousands of miles away from the radiation zones after they killed everyone.
