The newest actor to portray Doctor Who has said that the next series of the sci-fi show will ‘lean into very leftist, liberal’ themes, after already becoming uber woke.
Actor Ncti Gatwa told The Radio Times that there will be a future episode addressing the fact that the protagonist has race swapped into a black man.
“I live in a very leftist, liberal bubble,” Gatwa declared, adding “And in fact, there’s a really great episode coming up next year where we lean into that.”
When asked if the episode will openly refer to the race swap, the actor said “Yes, definitely. It would be stupid if we didn’t.”

He continued, “The Doctor has always walked into unknown situations and taken charge with authority,” adding “Historically, there’s only really one demographic of people that are able to do that – and it’s certainly not a woman, and it’s certainly not someone black.”
