A bunch of eco-loons got loudly booed by attendees at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York after pulling a dumb stunt.
A video clip of the incident shows the environmentalists chanting “Liberation! For Palestine and planet!” before being smeared by fake blood by one of their group.
The group appeared to be lying down in the middle of the parade path to halt its progression, with some attempting to glue themselves to the tarmac.

But instead of displaying solidarity with their cause, which you might expect in a liberal city, the crowd loudly booed the activists.
America has thus far largely avoided the kind of disruption caused by Just Stop Oil and Extinction Rebellion in Europe, particularly the UK.
Unlike in the UK, where such protesters are largely treated with kids’ gloves, offered cups of tea and counseling, the NYPD arrested the activists and dragged them away from the scene.
