A transgender woman who admitted to choking and sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a bathroom stall reportedly laughed at the light sentence she received.
26-year-old Hannah Tubbs choked and molested the minor in an L.A. restaurant back in 2014, but the case was not solved until DNA evidence turned up in Tubbs’s later criminal trials.
When the incident occurred, Tubbs was a 17-year-old male two weeks shy of his 18th birthday called James. Tubbs only began identifying as a female after being arrested for assault eight years later.
Thanks to George Soros-backed L.A. District Attorney George Gascón’s decision not to prosecute in adult court, Tubbs will face just two years in a juvenile facility and won’t be forced to register as a sex offender.
After winning with the aid of millions form Soros in 2020, Gascón said he was honoring a campaign promise not to prosecute juveniles as adults.
During an overheard phone call from jail, Tubbs was apparently overheard bragging about the pathetically light sentence, which could end up being as short as six months.
“[Tubbs] boasted that nothing would happen to her after she pleaded guilty due to Democrat District Attorney George Gascon’s policies and laughed that she won’t have to go back to prison or register as a sex offender. [Tubbs] also made explicit remarks about the victim that are unfit to print,” reports Fox News.
“I’m gonna plead out to it, plead guilty,” Tubbs says in one recording. “They’re gonna stick me on probation, and it’s gonna be dropped, it’s gonna be done, I won’t have to register, won’t have to do nothing.”
Tubbs’s victim said the predator certainly didn’t act live a juvenile during the vicious assault and that “no true justice” had been served.
“The things he did to me and made me do that day was beyond horrible for a 10-year-old girl to have to go through,” she said.
