Family of Black Girl Who Beat Schoolmate to Near Death Say She’s the Real Victim

Attacker who repeatedly slammed victim’s head to ground was “merely defending herself”.

The family of the black girl who beat a schoolmate to near death in Missouri say she’s the real victim, was “merely defending herself” against bullying and is raising money for her legal defense.

Yes, really.

Video footage showed the savage beating of a student from Hazelwood East High School, which left Kaylee Gain fighting for her life with a skull fracture, brain bleeding, and damage to her frontal lobe.

But according to Maurnice Declue’s family, who started a Change.org petition, the clip, where the assailant repeatedly slams the victim’s head against the concrete ground, actually shows Declue “defending herself from harassment and bullying”.

The petition claims the 15-year-old “had never been in trouble” and that “her work as a scholar was tainted by the bullying she had to endure at school”.

The family is urging Chief Juvenile Officer Rick Gaines of the 21st Circuit Court “not to charge Maurnice as an adult” because she was “merely defending herself under intense and flight vs fight circumstances”.

They also started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money asking the public for $150,000, but it was rightly shut down within hours.

Hazelwood East High School is made up of 96.7% black, and 1.4% white students, but apparently Gain was the real bully.

As we previously highlighted, the school in question has a history of anti-white racism cases and violent confrontations and was awarded the North County Incorporated (NCI) Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Award in 2022.

Meanwhile, the GoFundMe campaign for the real victim has now surpassed $380,000 dollars in donations.

  1. Attempted murder – maybe murder if the poor girl dies. Coming from a family that DEMANDS money, it’s understandable how the violent girl became this way. Where has morality gone in this country?

    1. The victim is not going to die. According to her mother on their GoFundMePage, on March 23 “the victim was able to breathe on her own and was moved out of ICU [intensive care unit]” but faces a very hard long recovery. I’ll bet. For one thing, I wonder how long she was left without oxygen going to her brain after the attacker beat and abandoned her, leaving her there alone and unconscious in a seizure to die. Who does that? Regardless of whether or not the attacker’s claim of bullying is accurate, her action is NOT self-defense. It’s attempted murder. It’s an issue of criminal conduct, not an issue of race. Violent criminal behavior can’t be allowed to be explained away or go unpunished in a civil society. Thank you.

      1. It IS an issue of race. It was obviously a HATE CRIME.
If it happened to YOUR daughter you know damn well you would be calling it a hate crime!

  2. Scott Adams was right. Time to leave the festering cesspools of BLM (b___k looters and murderers). You can’t fix them…

  3. Valedictorian violence and villainy on display (and on video).
But yeah, clearly the valedictorians are the true victims here.
    SMH

  4. I’d like to hear what led up to this, but I’d be surprised if a white girl from a 1.4 population of the school would express her “White Supremacy” to a member of a group 96.5% strong!

  5. Wish I could leave a salient reply, but due to Socialist construct, BLM, Antifa, and the Socialism media’s doxxing people they don’t agree with, I’ll just leave it alone.

  6. Pathetic family, pathetic girl, pathetic school and pathetic culture. Move out of these areas at all costs. It ain’t coming back. Save your children.

  7. Her “accomplishments” are irrelevant. I could post a plethora of “accomplishments” by many aggressive, violent and dangerous persons, criminals, sociopaths, psychopaths, and the like. To say that her fluency in several languages, her musical ability and her grades should be taken into consideration for charges is quite a reach. The whole is more than the sum of parts is not a significant, nor a fair assessment. She committed a crime, and she should be held accountable for the consequences of her actions. And the consequences for “this part” of this young woman must be what is allowed under the Law. She made a decision to do what she’s done and it is this decision that should be judged and only this decision. It is unfortunate that the consequences are grave, however, she chose this. Period. End of story.

  8. It’s hard to argue against the idea that blacks are lower on the evolutionary scale and aren’t fully human. They have no respect for the sanctity of life and display behavior more reminiscent of the animal kingdom.

      1. What would be your passive preference…using the modifier words: “many”…”most”…”nearly all”…”generic”…”the fattest and most pigly”…?
